What I Learned
01. Market Landscape
In our review of existing drone-based solutions on the market—particularly those designed for medical transport—we found that none of the competitors are suitable for delivering anti-venom to patients bitten in the field, due to falling short in one or more of the three key parameters: flight speed, payload capacity, and flight range.

02. Discovery & Definition - Success Metrics (KPI)
From our UX research, we embarked on a brainstorming session to translate insights into a UX concept.

As a first step, we investigated why anti-venom is not included in basic first aid kits in regions with a high risk of deadly snakebites. This involved reviewing relevant literature and interviewing official poison control centers and frontline first aid providers.
Feedback from professionals revealed a critical challenge in the field: widespread misinformation and limited local medical expertise often lead to incorrect treatment. This insight led us to ensure remote professional medical support as an essential part of delivering optimal care.
